We encourage taking pictures and videos of our events! However, by posting your recordings on any public medium, such as the internet, then GLD or it's promoters may use your recordings for any purpose, and without compensation to you.

Entering our grounds is giving consent to take a video, audio or picture recording of you, your property, or your vehicle, while in an area that does not give a reasonable expectation of privacy, to be used for any purpose.

No joy riding of pit vehicles. Pit vehicles are to be used for assisting a racer with towing only. Violators are subject to having their pit vehicle confiscated for the duration of the event. Refusal to turn over your pit vehicle will result in ejection by the Kenosha County Sheriff without refund.

Spectator parking in the spectator area is free. If you wish to park in the racer pit area, there is an additional charge of $20 per vehicle.

Anyone who wishes to carry in past the pit gate must pay the pit parking price of $20 even if they are parked in the spectator area. We have a fully stocked bar and concession stand on site for your food and beverage needs.

Motorsports facilities are a potentially dangerous place. Spectators may not enter a restricted area for any reason, including being invited by a GLD employee. Entering a restricted area may expose you to injury or death. GLD is not responsible for injury or loss of life incurred by anyone who enters a restricted area, even if GLD or it's employees fail to enforce the removal of person(s) from the restricted area.

All spectators are expected to act in a civil manner. Fighting, throwing garbage on the ground, off roading and tearing up our grass, and anything else that you wouldn't want to happen at your own home may cause you to be ejected from the grounds by the Kenosha County Sheriff
